Davis and Miss • • .Lottie Davis have been indicted in connection with the North Salern^ Bank failure. It is further rumored that two indictments were returned against each, in general the charge being a conspiracy to defraud. There have been so many rumors in connection with the North Salem affair that it is well to await developments before full credence is given to these reports.Mr. Fleece was assxstant-cashier of the North Salem Bank for many years. Mr. Davis was president of the institution and Miss Davis was the bookkeeper.
