That they would neverbe able to get together, was the conclusion finally arrived at by Judge tiverton and he allowed the record to show a disagreeme nt and dischargedthem.Henry Burden, who is seeking damages from A. G, Ingels, for personal injuries alleged to have been received in the same accident on which Smith's suit is based, today asked for and obtained a change of venue from Howard county.
