NO TRACEOF ADAM LONG, MISSING MAPLE* TON FARMER — NOT THE MARION 8UICIDE.Trace, for a time lost night, waa thought to have been secured by the police In regard to the whereabouts of Adam Long, a farmer, living one mile from Mapleton. who has boon missing from his homo for the post ten days or two weeks.A dispatch In the Morning News of yowterday from Marion, O.. telling of nn unknown man who had committed, suicide in a woods near Marion by hanging led some of Long's relatives to believe Iong to have been the man.Following this theory, Captain of Police Patterson was informed and Marion authorities were communicated with over the telephone by the captain but the suicide's description did not taHy in any respect with that of the Mapleton farmer.Marion authorities stated, - however, that they had seen a man answering Long's description going through Marion on last Monday, headed northward. Long's father lives at 1510 East Tuscarawas street.
