O’Neil claims that he bought the cowe of a stranger on the road below Leominster.Detective Kimball has ascertained that Isaac Frank Hewett, the notorious thief and much married mao, now serving a sentence at the honee of correction, stole a horse, harness and buggy Just before hit arrest. It will be remembered that Detective Kimball followed HeweU from this city to Keeoe, K. H., and the next heard of Hewett by the officer was at East WiQ-throp, Me., where Detective Kimball arrested him. It appears that, after leaving Keene, he stole a horse from Levi P. Spaulding of South Lyndeboro, N. H.» and a buggy and harness from George W. Sargent of Heumker. Hewett exchanged teams before reaching East Wiuthrop.
