Steel Boors Shut Youth inwhen He Breaks Faith with the ■ Probate Court ■Because he broke faith with probate court officials Oscar Prough is to serve out fca fine of $25 in the coimty jail. Prough started the servitude this morning.. . iPrough, who is a mere youth, was ar* rested last June by Doputy Game Warden Joe R. Pitzsiimnons on charge of hunting and fishing without having obtained a state license to carry ontbekesporting activities. The defendant was'found guilty and a fine of $25 assessed | against him. At the time Prough sought ! clemency in the matter of time fpr pay-! raent, promising Judge O. P. Duvall he | would settle the account in 8Q day*. At the^ end of that period Prough appeared in court and prayed an extension of time saying work had been slack and she had been unable to make up the amount set against him. H© was given | an extension of 80 days to get the money and failed ever again to voluntarily come before the court.Because of this failure Judge Duvall ordered the young man re-arrested and he was haled into eourt by lit, Pitzsim- ? mons this morning.
