Finney, postmaster at STal paraiso, was- arrested on a federal grand jury indictment, charging embezzlement. He was taken to indi-anapolis and arrigned, and released on $1,000 bond. This explains the resignation of two days ago. Finney was in office one year, and there is a shortage in his office of $1,100.
