Youth Camp FilesSuit on LandThe Dads Club Youth Camp, a nonprofit organization incorporated in niiuois, has filed in circuit court a suit against Joseph Frasca on a complaint of specific performance.The suit charges that on April 10 1965 an agreement was made and signed for the organization to buy from Frasca 32.64 acres of land in Section 23, Township 31 North. Range 8 East in Grundy County for the amount of$3,500. f'M' JAccording to the suit, Frasca has failed to comply with the agreement by refusing to deliver to the purchaser a warranty I(teed, 1§The suit, in which the organ-1 ization is represented by Atty.
