NOTICE.Y^AS COMMITTED to the jail ofCharles county, as a runaway, on the 16th inst., a negro man who calls himselfIS A A C KELSO.Y.He is about 30 years of age, about G feel high, black complexion, and wears whiskers. The said negro says he belongs to Mr. Nathaniel Duke, of Calvert county. The owner of the above described negro is requested to come forward, prove property, pay charges and take him a wav ; otherwise he will be discharged according to law*.J. R. ROBERTSON, Sheriff.
