Judge George T. Harris was a plea of guilty by Dimples Smith to a second degree murderCharge. Sentencing was deferred.Judge Harris set Nov. 21 for trial of Leroy Grant, also chargedwith murder. Grant and Smith, '; were arrested on separate killing ’ charges. Both fatalities occurred s in the same bar on the same day, I last April 12.
