Peschke, FormerAuto Dealer, FacesFraud CountFOND DU LAC—(U.P.) A Ripon municipal court record transferred to Fond du Lac county circuit court charged Edward J. FYscke, former Ripon automobile dealer, with embezzling more than $10,000 in connection with automobile financing. Peschke was at liberty Saturday under bond after being bound over for trial. He waived preliminary hearing. He was under parole on another larcenv count and has been bound over for trial in two other cases.
