Harold Parsons and Walter Cass were Riven thirty days in the county jail. They were charged with chicken stealing and were indicted for grand larceny. They first entered a plea of “Not guilty” hut later were permitted to change their plea to guilty of petty larceny. They sire both from Marshall county.
