La., Nov. 13.— Two hundred men with dogs are searcb-irg for the negro who killed Mrs. Edna Opelous and her three children at Rayne, La., this afternoon.The murderer was tracked into a pine thicket and his capture will be the work of but a few hours..Airs. Opclous and her three children were killed following the negro’s assault upon the mother. Her body was backed In pieces nnd the children were mu'dated beyond any passiblerecognition.The husband,coming home, discovered the tragedyand organized a possd from Crowleyand Rayne. The dogs picked up th*trail and the negro will be lynched when captured.Mrs. Opclous was a daughter of a famous Louisiana family. The city of Opelousas was named for her husband’s family.
