Four Arrested by Beverage OfficersFour Kenosha county tavern operators faced charges today following an early morning sweep through the county by state beverage tax division agents. The arrests were made on alleged afterhum opei ation.Alex Barca, Silhouette Club,(Ii een Bay road, was c harged withbeing open after the legal closinghour and with il« % of dnnks afterhours. Fred DeMicchi, Ann's Flare, (been Bay road and Fifty second street, was named in similar charges, and Max Schoor, Club 43, liighway 43 and the Green Buy road, and William Anderson, Jr, Green Bay road, were charged w ith keeping their places open after thelegal closing hours «+ , .
