Irwin presiding, the grand jury repur ted three indictments as follows: An indictment was returned against Earl Varney of Orange, for the larceny of an automobile and also unlawfully using an automobile, the property- of William 0. Doll of Orange. The defendant has been out on bond and was not in the court room when the Indictment was read. | He was declared in default. An in-; dictment against Bert. Breen of j East Deerfleld, charges him with 1 two counts of statutory rape. Breen j pleaded not guilty to both charges, j An indictment against John Bartos' of Sunderland, charges him with one count of statutory rape. Bartos was also not in court and 1 declared in default. A secret dictment was also returned by - j grand jury. The list of criminal cases will be heard at the opening the court next Monday and at 's time the appealed cases will o bo brought before the court.
