Burton has conducted a business her© for the past eleven ycArs. A few months ago John Snyder and Harry V, Smith sent for him and discussed the plan of combining*, their business and making ‘»n^ company. This was finally agreed to and Burton says he turned over his business, utensils and $600 in cash for the purpose of forming the Snyder Pasteurized -JtfUK Company. Burton was to receive, ho declared, inrty-eigiu shares of the capital stock and $28 per week, for his .services for the company. Snyder was to receive 118 shares and 535 per week, ' whitesmith received 39 shares of stock and £25 per week. John Martin was later admitted into the 'consolidation.
