NEYER BELIEVED INSANE, iAloyslus Neyf'r. 2336 Queen City avenue, who created a sensation several days ago when he called up Chief of Police Jackson and said that he had infor-{ mation that would send the murderer of Mrs. Mary Hackney to the electric chair, yesterday was taken to the city hospital, where he is said to be suffering from insanity.
