Geher, John Hoathcote, Daniel Caddell. Charlos Jones murder case, being indicted for murder at the Little Brothers’ coal iniues riot by striking coal miners on June 6, brought in their vordict-iu thu circuit court at 10 o’clock tonight, Judtro N. W. Woods on the bench. The Jury found John L. Gehor, Charles Jones, John Heath* cote and Dauiel Caddell guilty of manslaughter. The Jury gave Geher and Jones five years and Heathcote and Caddell threo years In tho penitentiary. Tho prisoners had nothing to say.
