About 2 o'clock Saturday morning,1 Frith said, they encountered Mrs.| Wolf at a club on Highway 36. Later the group decided to return to Chi’-Heofche. Officers said Miss Ewing drove the Fields-- car. Kille and Jacobs, Frith said, drove Mrs. Wolf's 1946 Buick.In ChUIicothe the group stopped at a cafe and then parted. Frith said.Frith then said Jacobs and KiUc took Mrs. Wolf, who had faJ'en asleep, to the road north of the country club and left her in the car.About 4:30 o’clock, he said, Mrs... Wolf awakened and found jewelry; and money missing. She notified the highway patrol and told them. Shethen began her trip back to Purdin but lost control of the car in Lina County on Highway 36 and ran off the highway, completely demolishing the automobile. -Chief Barrett was notified of the theft and was told by a source he termed “confidential,” the name of one of the youths involved. He then worked with the highway patrol investigating the case which ended in the arrest of the four Sundaymorning.Mrs. Wolf was unable to be in court because, of injuries suffered in the accident.
