Sheriff Beckley .maintains that Lindsey is not a resident of this county and as Bur-nettsville isjn White epiuity that it is updo the Sheriff of'WhUc county to take charge ;pf the insane man. . , .The sheriff', of White comity also refuses to. take Charge of the negro, claimmg that he came. to Burnetts-yillc from' £ogansport, ail(] the situation remains’ that Burnetfsvilie has an insane uegi’o on their, hands and no place tjo semi him.
