The principals lu the affaii were Frank Meidel,. twenty-six, living at l Milk street, and,Jerry DJllioo. twenty-eight, whoso home is at St. flair and Jefferson mvenues.The *men had been drinking through the entire afternoon, and 7 o’clbck In rfce evening found theis at the aalooji where the trouble occurred.
