He said he treated the infection with iodine and applied gauze in the va0*mal canal.Said She Used Corset SlavsDoctor Boone testified he asked Mrs. Short what she had done about her condition. “There’s nothing in the world I haven’t done,” he quoted her as saying. He declared she told him she had used a corset stave. The young woman already had denied use of such an instrument.No instruments he used in the treatment could cause an abortion, Doctor Boone testified.Doctor Boone said he had talked to Doctor 8tacy at Post a short time before Mrs. Short was treated, but he denied that they had talked about the girl’s condition.
