Marshal Sues Doctor For $10,000.Paoli, Ind., November 11.— Samuel Roberts, marshal of West Baden, has filed suit in the Orange Circuit Court for $10,-000 damages against Dr. John A. Ritter, a physician. Dr. Riiter *nd the .marshall became involved in a quarrel over business natters last June, and during the controversy Ritter shot the marshal inflicting a wound which the plaintiff alleges has damaged him in the above sum. When criminal proceedings were brought against the defendant last October the jury acquitted him.
