Morrison ordered two polls of the jurors. The jury is to resume deliberations at 9 a. m. today.Rupp, who confessed to the slaying of baby-sitter Ruby Ann Payne, 15. was brought to the courtroom as the jury was polled.Results of the first poll at 11:35 m. Wednesday showed thefour-man, eight-woman panel divided six to six.
