SAM WHITE ARRESTED, | fl IS RELEASED ON BOND uNewton county sheriff Russell Patterson this morning arrested Sam White, former Neosho policeman, on a warrant Issued by Prosecuting Attorney Herbert Douglas charging common assault on the person of J. J. Jack, city alderman.The warrant was issued on the complaint of Alderman Jack following an alleged attack upon Jack last Saturday afternoon on the north side of the square.White was released immediately after his arrest on bond of $250 for his appearance in the February term of circuit court to face the charge.
