Woodward, 81, Summit, and Albert Baney, 30, Olivet, as suspects in a series of South Dakota break-ins and car thefts.The sheriff of Forss'th recovered a car stolen at Webster Oct. 18 and loot from several store robberies when he arrested the two the attorney general said.poddewig said Woodward and Baney have admitted several of the break-ins and are prepared td waive extradition and return to South Dakota.Roddewig said the men are suspected of break-ins at the Johnson store and the depot at Florence and the ^ess Popham store at Andover, all on Oct. 17; the H. A. Somers store at Andover, the Storsteen garage at Webster and the Center Service station at Summit, all on October 18.They also will be questioned about the theft of a taxicab at Mitchell May 29, he said.Both men have criminal records, Roddewig said.Sheriff Henry Johnson of Day county informed the attorney general’s office he will leave late Saturday for Forsyth to take custody of the men.
