The act was done in a clothes closet upstairs at the Rush home on North Victor street where he and his family had rooms.No one was in the house when the act was committed. His wife had been out on a social call and returned sometime after ten o’clock. She had left him at the home grading school papers.When she returned she found a IP light burning in the closet and opened it to find him sitting in a semi-upright position, already |b dead with a .32 calibre revolver lying close to his hand.Constable John W. Shadowen and Dr. Alfred Fieldbrave werem[called and took charge of the j body which was later removed to S. R.
