Tewell Gives Himself Up.Richmond, Ind., Nov. 5 -Charles Tewell, who shot his wife and her brother, Fred Tull, last evening,gave himself up to the police early this morning, confessing that he purchased a revolver yesterday afternoon to commit the deed. Domestic infelicity was assigned as the motive for the shooting. Mrs. Tewell is in a precarious condition at Reid Memorial Hospital and Tull will recover. Tewell is held in the county jail.
