claims of Dr. Phillip G. Couch-man, Dr. Hanson T. Dickson and Dr. Kenneth C. Dickson in the amount of $381.00 in addition to the claim which he had filed forhis advancement for one-half of the funeral expenses and hospital expenses of the decedent in the amount of $663.55, and that he had further advanced the sum of $71.25 for court costs accrued and $30.00 for a guardian ad litem fee making a total advancement of $1145.80 to the estate. The said Order also approved the claim of Elmer Allender for the advancement made from his own personal funds for the payment of one-half of the funeral expenses and hospital expenses of the decedent in the amount of $663.55. The said Order further found that the claims of Wilbur W. Allender and Elmer Allender were claims against the real estate of the decedent described herein-above subject to the widow’s life use of the same andfavor of Wilbur W. Allender and the estate of Elmer B. Allenderas set forth above.Paragraph III of the Will of the decedent provides that after the termination of the life estate in favor of Pearl C. Allender, that the real estate be sold and from the proceeds pay $500.00 to each of his wife’s daughters by a previous marriage, namely Shirley Crawley (now Lily) and Ernestine Crawley (now Visser) provided that these bequests do not exceed one-fifth of the residue of the estate exclusive of the inheritance set forth at Paragraph IV of the Will. Paragraph IV of the Will provides that if the decedent had received any inheritance from any of his sons prior to his death, his wife, Pearl C. Allender, be given $800.00 of the balance remaining from that inheritance provided that the sum of $800.00 did not exceed one-fourth of the balance remaining in said inheritance.
