Clark, and the other for manslaughter in shooting Henry Frey. In the first instance the bail was fixed at $10,-000, and in the other at $1,000. Bail was promptly given in both cases. The trial has been postponed until the February term of court, and we learn from a source that probably emanated from the defense, that the case will not be taken to any other court, but will be tried here.
