Thursday, November 11, 1965THELEGAL NOTICECITY OF ADDISON, TEXASORDINANCE NO. 70An Ordinance amending Ihe Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Addison, as heretofore amended, so as to grant a Special Permit authorizing the construction of Metal Airplane Hangars in an ar?a presently zoned 1-1” Industrial District zoning, said property being described as follows:TRACT NO. 1Beine part of Lots 1 through 14 excepting Lot 3 in Area “A” of Addison Airport Industrial District and described as follows: Beginning at a point in th? southwest boundary property line of Addison Airport, said point being also the southeast eorn°r of Lot 14 in Area A of Addison Airport Industrial District and the intersection of the southwest property line of Addison Airport with th? northwest property line of Wiley Post Road;Thence north 20 degrees 43 min. west a distance of 2.055.35 feet to a point for a corner in the southwest property line of Addison Airport, said point being 1h? nor'heast corner of Lot 1 Area A in the Addison Airport Industrial District; thence west a distance of 64.15 feet with the north property line of Lot 1 to a point for a corner in the common property line of Addison Airport Industrial District and the Addison Airport;Thence soulh 20 degr?es 43 min. east a distance of 2.076.61 feel to a point for a corner in the northwest property line of Wiley Post Road and the southeast property line of Lot 14; thence north 69 d?grees 19 min 30 seconds east, a distance of 60 feet with the northwest property line of Wiley Post Road to the point of beginning and containing 2.85 acres ofland more or less.TRACT NO. 2 IBeing a part of Loti 1 through 18 and all of the Addison Airport, Industrial District T” Hangar area in Area “C of the Addison | Airport Industrial District and described as follows:Beginning at a point in the southwest property line of the Addison Airport, said point hung south 20 degrees 43 min. east, a distance of 17942 fact from th? intersection of the southeast ■property line of Wiley Post Road with the south.vest property line of Addison Airport; thence soulh 20 degrees 43 min. east and with the southwest property line of Addison Airport a distance of 251.60 feet to a point for a corner in the common property line of Addison Airport and Lot 18 in Area “C” of Addison Airport Industrial District;Thence south 75 degrees 45 min west a distance of 470.40 feet to a point for a corner: thence west a distance of 759.83 feet to a point for a corn:r; thence norlh a distance of 250 feet to a point for a corner; thence east a distance of 708.95 feet to a point for a corner;Thenc? north 75 degrees 45 min. east a distance of 386.25 fe.t to! the point of beginning and con-i taining 11.438 acres of land, morel or less: providing that such property may be used for 1-1” Industrial uses and for Metal Air-! plane Hangar purposes under the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance;! providing a penally fine not to exceed the sum of one hundred, lt;$100.00) dollars for violatiug said ordinance: and declaring an emergency.Duly passed by the City Coun-1 cil of the City of Addison, Texas j on this the 9th day of November,! 1965 Approved:M.
