Floyd Alvin , Wolfe, 37, Dresser tavern proprie* . tor, charged with receiving stolen property, was placed under $1,000 bond.Police charge that Phillips and Frazier took the $300 television set from the loading dock of an Indianapolis trucking firm last month and later sold it to Wolfe for $8. The stolen piece of equipment was recovered.The driver’s license of William G. Cheryski, 19 years old, 2360 Hendricks Avenue, was returned to , him and he was penalized $1.75 on ; his plea of guilty to a reckless driv- ; ing charge.A fine of $2 was assessed against , Lawrence Wyatt, 44 years old, Seelyville, charged with leaving the -keys in his unattended vehicle.Claude Smith, 37 years old, 1423 South Eleventh ond One-half i Street, was fined $10 on bis plea of guilty to an intoxication charge. •
