His clothing consist? of trousers worn off at tlie knees and an overcoat torn almost into shreds. He wore a slouch hat pulled down over a shaggy face, his hair falling in fang ed locks on his shoulders. A serching party went to hunt the man.v He wat seen by the party, but like a flash )u bounded away and was lost am mg the rocks and brush. Tb is believed the mysterious man is Brooktnire, who killed his father-in-law in Indiana county, two years ago, and who disapeared.
