Robert lt;Schmidt of the Manitowoc Police Dept.; two 13-year-old ( local boys were apprehendedfollowing investigationsresulting from Oct. 18 and Oct. (19 burglaries at the home of Michael Krogh. 1408 S. 35th St. ;Schmidt said about $35 in lt;cash, liquor, and a watch were jamong the items stolen in the two break-ins. }Two 15-year-Old Manitowoc boys were implicated in a car damage incident in the Park A Plaza shopping center parking^ lot Oct. 24, according toB Schmidt.
