Silvers, Argonia. innocent of charges of negligent homocide stemming from the death last July of a Wellingtonchild.Marvin White HI, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin White of 515 South G. Wellington, died as the result of injuries suffered when struck by an automobile driven by Silvers.Silvers is also known as Harold York.The verdict was returned at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, after the jury had visited scene of the accident.The case was completed shortly before 5 p.m.The trial began Monday morning and was adjourned that afternoon by District Court Judge John A. Potucek, until Wednesday.
