Krum RobberGets SuspendedTerms In Courtc:ofitiSHERMAN, Tex., Nov, 10 UP) —Charles Roy McCrory, 19, received two five-year suspended sentences in U.S. District Court here Monday after pleading guilty to robbing a Krum bank.McCrory was charged on two counts in connection with the taking of $1,865 from the Denton county bank in April. He was arrested at nearby Grapevine shortly after the robbery occurred.The suspended sentences will run concurrently.Judge Joe W. Sheehy imposed the sentences after the youth’s attorney told the court that he “does not believe McCrory' is a criminal because he has worked hard every day since he was released on bond.’’After he was arrested, McCrory told officers he was unarmed when he went to the Krum bank.
