He pleaded guilty to all three charges.Court was told Quicklall was Man to fall from a motorayetr while waiting for a traffic light Thursday, and when a police constable approached him he pushed the bike toward the constable and ran south on Broad Street.Another constable who had seen the Incident stopped him with a tackle after a shortchaee.He said he had been drinking beer, wine and mm for about four days.Asked by Magistrate William Oitler If he had anything to say to the policeman, Quick hill shrugged and said, “I guess he's right.He was remanded to Nov. 14 for a probation and psychiatric report.* * *
