Shoplifter kills manWATERLOO (AP) — Anemployee of a Target department store in Waterloo was killed Monday night when he confronted a suspected shoplifter.Police said Gary Mast, 43, of Evansdale, died shortly after he was shot by a gunman who then escaped. Mast approached the gunman after he had already shot and wounded a security guard.
