The New Albany Secret Service, arecently incorporated organization, is now in operation in this city and vicinity. it developed Thursday afternoon following the arrest of Frank Banet, soft drink stand proprietor at Floyd Knobs. He was taken into custody by Patrolman Clarence Daily, and Clarence E. Davis, manager, and Dunvard E. Louden, president of the New Albany Secret Service, on a charge of having possession of gaming devices.The officers searched the place and state they found several slot machines. Banet will be arraigned before Mayor Robert W. Morris.
