Dr. J. T. Strong has resigned his 1 position as physician at the house of refuge, after having had an indictment returned against him by the Hendrieks county Grand Jury for having received stolen money in the Indianapolis National bank robbery case, some months since. Two of the thieves were pursued to Plainfield, where they gave $1,800 to the Doctor, and hekept it until the fact was made knownt by the thieves’ confession.
