John Ogle was arrested in Goldsboro’, on Saturday, for picking the pocket of Col. McRae, of Wilmington, N. C. The cars had just arrived from Weldon, and while the Co- • lonel was entering, Ogle thrust his hand into his pocket lie immediately seized him, having caught the rascal in the very act. lie was immediately arraigned before a special court, and in default of bail, committed to jail. Ogle bails from the Richmond Fair direct, but claims Mobile as his home. The name given is thought to be assumed.«if
