ZINCVILLE MAN ADMITS CHARGESMiami, Okla., Nov. 6. — Reggie Petty, one of three men arrested at Zincville early Sunday morning, yesterday, pleaded guilty before Ed Zilar, examining magistrate, to four second-degree burglary charges.Petty remained in the county jail to await sentence in district court. Two other suspects, Tom Stewart and George Slay, also face similar charges. *Mr*. Vernice Pattison, 25 years old, a war-widow in whose home the three men were arrested, was released under bonds of $3,000 after pleading innocent -to four second-degree burglary charges. Arraigned Tuesday afternoon after attorney filed a writ of habeas corpus in her behalf, she was ordered to appear for a preliminary at 10 o’clock Friday morning. She posted bond for $750 on each count.
