Tewell Gives Himself Up.Richmond, Ind., Nov. 5—-Charles Tewell, who shot his wife and her brother, Fred Tuli, last evening,gave himself up to the police early this morning, confessing that he purchased a revolver yesterday afternoon to commit the deed. Domestic infelic-‘ ity was assigned as the motive for♦the shooting. Mrs. Tewell is in a precarious condition at Reid Meraor* ial Hospital and Tull will recover. Tewell is held in the county jail.
