One Local Defendant Will Be Tried at Goshen Next WeekThere are a number of criminal cases to be called for trial by DlBtrici i Attorney Jonathan D. Wilson, Jr., at the November terra of tho Count* Court, Judge A. H. F. Seegcr presiding, which is to open in the Court House In Goshen on Monday morning at 10 o’clock. Among them aro the follow lng:Itay Decker, Indicted for burglary in tho third dogrce.David Weller, burglary in the third degree, Newburgh.John Patrlzlo, assault in the second degree, Middletown.Edmund Wheeler, criminal assault, Cornwall.John Mallory and Walter Beck, criminal assault in the first degree, Walden,Nellie Pccclll, keeping a disorderly house, Newburgh.Antonio Gallieta and his wife. Annie Gallieta, violation of the liquor tax law.Charles Berea criminal assault In the first degree New Windsor.There aro several other cases to be called ior trial, of persons who are not in custody, but for whose arrest tench warrants are out. A total of 4S indictments were found by tho last Grand Jury in Goshen in October. Nineteen persons entered pleas of guilty and were sentenced by Judge Arthur S. Tompkins of the Supreme
