WeekThero are a number of criminal cases to be called tor trial by District! Attorney Jonathan I. Wilson, Or,, at the November term of tho Count* Court, Judge A. H. F. Seegcr prosit ing, which is to open in the Court House in Goshen on Monday morning at 10 o’clock. Among them aro the follow ins:Itay Decker, Indicted for burglary in the third dogrce.David Weller, burglary in the third degree, New’burgh.John Patrlssio, assault in the second degree, Middletown.Edmund Wheeler, criminal assault, Cornwall.John Mallory end Walter Beck, criminal assault in the first degree, Walden.Nollle Pccelli, kcering a disorderly house, Newburgh.Antonio Gallieta and his wife. Amnio Gallieta, violation of the liquor tax law.Charles Berea criminal assault In the first degree New Windsor.There are several other cases to be called ior trial, of persons who are not in custody, but for whoso arrest tench warrants are out. A total of 43 indictments were found by tho last Grand Jury in Goshen in October. Nineteen persons entored pleas of guilty and were sentenced by Judge Arthur S. Tompkins of the Supreme Court
