To the Editor:When a man can get off with 10 days in jail a license suspension of only 60 days and a couple of fines for hit and run, its beyond my comprehension This person killed another man and left the scene.I’m referring to the story of John Green-\A,dt in the()lt; t 29editionI quote: “Greenwalt was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident by the Ohio Highway Patrol and New Philadelphia police Dover police added a charge of reckless operation this morning/*Now just a few days before this I read the storym Daniel Malter and I quote“Dan Malter was found guilty in Southern District Court Tuesday after pleading no contest to two charges of assault and one of criminal damaging.
