Jim Seay said Tuesdayhe is convinced the three persons being held in Tampaon bank robbery charges are the same ones who recently held up two local banks, but he added “no local charges will be filed.”Bank robbery is a federal offense and Seav said the FBIwwill handle the prosecution The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Department has given “and will continue to give” the FBI any information it uncovers in relation to the two robberies, Seay added.The Tampa FBI Friday arrested J. Leroy Harris, 23, James Baldwin, 26. and Elizabeth Tramps, 23, andDiscussedaccused them of robbing the Ellis National Bank in Clearwater on Oct. 27.In that robbery two motorcycle bandits, identified by the FBI as Harris and Baldwin, escaped with $55,000 in travelers checks and cash Later they met Miss Tramps, according to the FBI. and she drove them to her residence.In August two motorcycle bandits robbed the Ellis Commercial Bank on Fruit-ville Road, several weeks later the Palmer Bank in Gulf^ ...
