Franklin Pitts. 29, of 334 North Broad St., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while his! driving rights were under suspen- i sion following an accident onMain St. yesterday, police said. Pitts stopped to discharge a passenger and as the passenger opened the left rear door a cat-driven by Horace Sims. 60, of 1507 j Lawn Ave. collided. Damage was estimated at STS to the Pitts carand $25 to the other vehicle.
