No Charges In (*at,al Shootingi£ DEfl MOINES (UPI) — Dos itoines Police said Tuesday no Charges would be filed in a shoot-fog in a tavern here Monday night which left one man dead and another hospitalized. Killed was Gerald Leroy Hamilton. 32. Des Moines. Jim Brassfield. $8. Des Moines, was listed in good Oondition Tuesday in Lutheran Hospital here with two gunshot wounds in his arm. j Police said Hamilton was shot tfiree times in the chest. i Witnesses told police the two then began arguing inside the tav-dfn. then continued the altercation outside, where Hamilton was hit on the head with a bottle.■ Police said they were told Hamil-fi then left and returned with a caliber rifle When he returned, they .said Brassfield was in the tavern's restroom.I Hamilton kicked the restroom door open, police said, then a shot was fired “Numerous more shots Were fired during a scuffle which followed, police said.Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene Brassfield was taken to thfe hospital by a fire rescuetruck;
