Wednesday, November 4, 1ERROL FLYNN IN COURT TODAY ON ANOTHER CHARGE17-Year-Old Accuser Tells Judge of Trip on His Yacht, ‘Sirocco'HOLLYWOOD — (U.P.) — Errol] Flynn doffed the grease paint today for a fresh shave and new accusations by Peggy Satterlee, the second 37-year-old girl to charge him with statutory rape.Mbs Satterlee, who was a curvaceous harem girl In a Universal movie and a sophisticate in as little costume as the law allowed at a Hollywood hot spot, appeared in eourt for Flynn’s preliminary hearing minus rouge, high heels and lipstick. Her hair was in pigtails with ribbons and she only vaguely resembled the brunette beauty she was when charges were brought two weeks ago.Two Years Ago Flyfin emerged with wise-cracks from the hearing involving the accusations of Blonde Betty Hansen, a witness who accused him of undressing her, except for her shoes. His reaction to Miss Satterlee's story remained to be seen.She charged that two years ago. when she was 15 she and her sister went sailing with the debonair Flynn aboard his yacht, the Sirocco. 3t was a pleasant peaceful afternoon, she said, and when Fiynn invited her for another boat ride alone, a few days laLer, she accepted.Nobody was aboard, she said, but herself, Flynn, and the crew, when the Sirocco weighed anchor for Catalina island. Before the boat docked at the island. Miss Satterlee charged that she found herself in the master's cabin.They spent the night anchored off Catalina, started back for the mainland the next morning and once again, Miss Satterlee said, Flynn was intimate with her.Hold Up Films Her mother immediately filed: charges against the movie hero, but i before the district attorney's office • got around to considering the case,' Miss Satterlee and her mother disappeared. Several weeks later the prosecutor received a letter from Santa Barbara, Calif, signed by Miss Satterlee's parents and asking that the case be dropped.They said they believed the resultant publicity would be disastrous for their daughter's career. Miss Saterlee went on to bit roles in the movies, latest of which found her playing one of the six virgins in “Arabian Nights,'’ a picture which still has not been released.She now is a dancing gnl at NTG's Florentine Gardens on Hollywood boulevard. Her charges were not revived by Prosecutor John F.
