Ike UeudenoB Bacohtu I’Jglit.Henry Henderson's examination, onthe charge of stabbing Frank Bacchus,'will take place to-morrow at teno’clock. It appears that the quarreloriginated over a political discussion between the two. It is alleged that Bacchus charged Henry with treachery to his race in voting the Democratic, ticket and then- struck Henry. Thereupon Henry drew a knife and indicted a slight cut upon the bod; of Bacchus. Bacchus then rushed into HalleWs meat shop, seized a long knife and sharpened it vigorously upon a stone, with the presumable intention of searching for Henry’s vitals with Use blade. Seeing Bacchus thus employed Henry lost no time in getting out of sight. Bacchus subsequently had Henry areested.
